Product Use Limitations :     Pharmigene products are intended for research use only and/or limited for in vitro diagnostic purposes.  Pharmigene products are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, in vivo therapeutic purposes, investigational use in foods, drugs, devices or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with or administration or application to humans or animals.

Limited Products/Services Warranty :     Pharmigene acknowledges the uncertain nature of the product itself and of the services that Pharmigene may provide. In the event that any product does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specifications, if any, Pharmigene will replace the defective product with a new product, or Pharmigene will refund customer the original price paid to Pharmigene by the customer. In the event that Pharmigene fails to perform the service to the agreed specifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Pharmigene will refund customer the original price paid to Pharmigene by the customer or refund partial amount based on the agreed terms.?Customer shall not claim any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with Pharmigene’s failure to provide the products or perform the services. Pharmigene shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use, or the inability to use any product.
